June has been a busy month, lots of things to organise and get ready for the summer.
I’m looking forward to working with Southampton City Council supporting their Summer HAF program, teaching disadvantaged children from across the city how to control their growing and changing bodies through Pilates.
Not only am I preparing to work with lots of wonderful children over the summer holidays I am also working in co-ordination with Board in the City, Easy Tz Meals and Compassionate Cuppa to support the NHS with their No Wrong Doors program: a collaboration of organisation helping to support adults with their mental health. Through the No Wrong Doors program we are aiming to provide a fully rounded approach to support people with food poverty, mental health, loneliness and physical fitness. This program will start in September.
My website has had an update this month as well, have a look if you want to read more about how I started my journey where Pilates has come from and where Pilates with Ayla is going in the future.
